So after awhile of searching through the internet and looking through the GW website i think I might have something.

Horrors:
Looking at the AoS Seraphon range I found a couple possibilities.
GW- The Saurus Guard, Saurus Warriors, and Skinks. They're relatively the same size and with some Green Stuff and some Converting I think it could work.
Puppetswar- Barghest Fiends

Lord of Change:
This was tricky and I'm still not sure but it's plausible.
GW-The Celestant Prime or the Morghast Archai

Flamers:
Puppetswar- Fire Demons

I have yet to find something for Screamers and the Chariot.

What does Dakka think?

Is the idea to save money, or you just don't like the current tzeentch range?

Is there something, in particular, wrong with the actual Tzeentch models? Not that you can't have whatever counts-as whatever to suit your own personal tastes. I was just wondering if there is something you're trying to avoid that might indicate what proxies you might want.

I don't like the range much.

I dislike the whole non uniformity in the models. I'm a fan of how Necrons are. So I was looking for something more uniform and less, Daemon looking? it's hard for me to explain, but uniformity and not so many limbs... something less organic if that makes sense

You want the chaos god Tzeentch, that at its heart represents the ever changing warping factor of chaos, to be uniform and inorganic like Necrons?

I think you should be looking at Khorne for your daemon needs

Can I ask if you like the tzeentch aesthetic at all?
For example, did you like the morphing 3rd ed metals and are now turned off by weird bracelet wearing squigs?

The Vrock by UltraForge is an excellent LOC replacement as it looks less weedy
has less parts to assemble
has an excellent level of detail

This guy actually mis-posed his, the bottom of the staff is meant to pass between the wing and leg but you can see the level of detail that makes this thing a joy to paint.
