Finally one of the finest computer games ever made is getting a remaster, Battlezone 1998:




For those of you who do not know, Battlezone 1998 came out as a spiritual successor to the original Atari Arcade game.

Battlezone is a First Person Shooter - Real Time Strategy hybrid, one of the few ever made, and frankly the best. This remaster looks promising, especially with the emphasis on mod/steam workshop support.

I have not been this excited for a game in a very long time, I'll be pre-ordering as soon as the option is available. It already has a page on steam.
