Chaos Daemons Daemonic Incursion + Allied Chaos Daemons 2 source Competitive 1850 list. I've already had great success with my 1500pts 1 source version of this list, does this look like a good expansion? Playing with the idea of switching out a LoC with a D-Thirster though...

why the allied detachment? You can take 4 daemon lords in the primary.

Yeah what Captyn_Bob said, you already have room for another Daemon Lord in the Daemonic Incursion. And legally you can't have an allied detachment with the same faction as your primary, so in this case you would need to do a CAD.

I think otherwise it looks good. I wouldn't bother with a D-thirster in this list. Another LoC will give more warp charges, and you don't have Be'lakor to invis it anyways so it'll get shot up.

I'd have to re-think it then. And unfortunately you can only have 0-3 command choices per decurion. Thanks for the heads up on the allied matrix though!

Ah weird, I didn't even look at the actual limit, the rumors had said 0-4 a week ago so I didn't bother looking at the formation sheets. At work so I'll take your word for it.

Ok well in that case cut 45 points and make a CAD. Cut some upgrades on the Herald of Nurgle.

Another thing:
Your first LoC is also not legal. You can't take a Helforged Artifact like the Grimoire if you also give him one of the new Helforged relics, so you should move the 30 points of that to the new LoC. Could also just swap the 2x greater on the new one with it but then you won't cut points.

I'd consider maybe dropping a greater reward somewhere if you need a few more points. I'm guessing the guy with Paradox is going to be flying mostly and probably be your summoner? So he could stand to lose a reward.

It really is 0-4 command choices, I've seen the scans.

You could.. do something similar but with a KDK allied detachment.. with belakor and the bloodthirster swapped around . You lose.. 8 points which is annoying (and possibly makes this unworkable), but gain BFTBG and fearless on the thirster.
