All 4 Princes have 2x Great Reward & 1 Lesser for optimal survival bonuses. All but Khorne have ML3

Tz has Impossibility robes and will probably be the Warlord to boost the others with a nice trait.
Kh has the Skullreaver

This leaves about 65pts to spend. I am not sure any of the Slaanesh or Nurgle items are good. The plan is for all 4 Prince to stay near Belakor for 2+ Jink (by casting Shrouding). Summon some Hounds/Deamonettes and if I get Incursion, Drones or Screamers.

I figured out how to fit in Be'lakor and a D-Thrister on top of the Tetrad, it involves a lot of cuts to their upgrades though. The guaranteed shrouding is going to be great, but without something real big to invis I'm not sold on his use. Fateweaver might end up being more useful since you won't have the fun new +/- to the Warp Storm Table and it could royally screw you.

For upgrades I think I like that Armor of Scorn more for the Khorne prince, it's basically 10 points since you take it instead of armor. The chance at a D-hit is cool, but I tried to keep them economical.

If you keep your list (I think it's pretty good), then with the 65 you could trade a unit of Nurglings in for 11 Horrors.

I don't think I mentioned, but all of them have Wings and Amrour, though I like the idea of a "T7" Khorne Princes. How about this:

I just realized that the Tz Prince w/ a Staff will be Str9 in this formation. If the Khn Prince trades for a Greater Ether blade, he will be Str9 on the charge. The Slaanesh Prince will have Str7 Lash attacks.
