Just an Idea to toss around for the Pinion Demi Company. I have to say how surprised I am at how few people have been posting lists using the TSF. If used properly you have the option of not only putting a tactical crapload of boots on the ground, but of outflanking them as well. Oh well, just my 2 cents on the subject. Now, on to the list.

The Cunning Plan
The Sniper Scouts pair off with my Devastator squad providing Ignores Cover (that's 4 Ignores Cover Lascannons!) and a bit of a meat shield. They'll deploy in cover together. Each of the remaining Scout Squads will pair off with a Tactical Squad, once again providing Ignores Cover and Outflank depending on who I'm facing and how I wish to deploy. I kitted the Scouts for assault, I can use them to suicide a light vehicle with grenades and Melta Bombs or just use them to tie up a unit in Melee for a round. The Chaplain will go with the bare bones Assault Squad or I may pair him off with the Plasma'd out Assault Squad in the Brotherhood. Either way I'll have all those Jumpy Marines coming down for one hell of a melee party on one turn. Any thoughts or criticisms are welcome.

I also plan on posting a full strength 3rd Company using the same rules. I've posted similar lists before, but I feel that the TSF is going to really provide a Fluff accurate depiction of the 3rd Company.

I still like the TSF, but have kind of stopped trying to make it competitive with just marines. I have run it with admech and skitarii and had better results. HOWEVER, this is your list and I'll critique it for you.

1) I don't like plasma pistols, personally. 15 points for a pistol that could wound me as much as it could wound the enemy? No thanks. I'd take another close combat weapon over it. Again, my opinion.
2) Find points for a melta bomb on your assault squad. It will bail you out versus a dread or vehicle you come across.
3) I usually like to have a rounded off 5 devs with the lascannons, but if you like the extra meat shield, cool beans. Do you find you get to use the cherub? Do they get charged a lot? I find my lascannon devs getting shot to pieces before people can charge them, so I'd skip the combi-flamer.
4) Nihilus is 25 points for an armorbane sniper that is ap3 and can't blow up a vehicle...What is your experience with the HB? I've found them to be lackluster at best.
5) It is interesting your shotgun choice over boltguns without the addition of land speeder storms. I feel they'd struggle to close the distance to get that 12" range. YMMV
6) I have terrible luck with plasma. In the tacticals on my pinion I got grav-cannons, personally. That's mostly because I need more threat vectors and more ways to hurt MC's and GC's. My plasma guys ALWAYS die before doing anything...
7) Your bladewing assault brotherhood is dope. Should do well. I'd swap the plasma pistols out, personally, but if you want to rock it - go for it. Let me know how it does!

That's a nice list though I think it could be improved. Like Castellan Alaric suggest, I think you could cut down on some of the gear and get more milleage out of what you got.

Personally, I think I would split the BAB assault squads into 4 five-man squad with two flamers each and meltabombs on the sergeant. Same number of boots on the ground but twice as many flamers and targets. If you trim the excess gear and extra men here and there, you could get enough points to add land speeder storm for a couple of Scout squads, Grav canons for your tactical squads and maybe a drop pod for a melta/combi-melta tac squad.

I like that you are theming the list toward Shrike's background story - fluffy and yet close to competitive also! Good job!
