Is there something you have in mind? As far as I know off there aren’t any detachments that allow it for vanilla marines.

But plenty of formations do. The 1st company TF for example lets you field 3-5 squads of vets. And your army can consist of both detachments and formations. So if you can find a formation that fits what you want, you can outsource those units, freeing up space in your CAD for other things.

If all you want is 3 terminator squads, that’s a 1st company taskforce. You can even have that at your entire army, and still be battle forged. As long as every model is part of either a formation or detachment, you are good to go.

Edit (just saw yours)
If you want to include the dreads, you will need to find a spot for them (they don’t fit into the 1st company TF)

But for example your army could look like this:

1st co. TF
-Assault termis
-Assault termis
-normal termis

CAD
HQ - Librarian
Elite - Dreadnought
Elite - Dreadnought
Troop - 5 man scout
Troop - 5 man scout

You should also look at the Strike Force Ultra formation.

This gets you a

Terminator Captain
2 normal Terminator squads
2 Assault Term squads
1 ven Dread
1 LRC
1 StormRaven.

do you have the marine codex ?
