Dear mods/decision makers,

Would it be possible to have a seperate showcase section for scenery, terrain and tables please?

As great as it is to see everyones models sometimes I need/want some inspiration for the other stuff. I tend to search google rather than on here for peoples blogs and things as it tends to be quicker but I think having a section on here would be pretty cool.

Thoughts?

That would be a good idea, since it is different enough to be another section.

It's something that I'd love to have, but unfortunately we just don't get enough terrain posted to justify it.

SO - encourage people to post more terrain, and we can revisit the idea if enough people jump onboard

But surely the best form of encouragement would be for people to go to one convienient location on their favourite wargaming forum and have a gander at all the lovely pics of other peoples scenery?

Once more with all those lovely MEdge scenery spures that will be flying off the shelves, the 'miniature showcase' might be overrun with pics of terrain!

First create the need, prove that there is a need then lobby for an improvement.
Most suggested subforum ideas are not given a chance to flourish from embryo. They are a collection of existing threads that got too much for the shared subforum to handle.

Exactly. While there are exceptions from time to time for special cases, for the most part new sections are only created where there is a clear and visible need for them... because creating too many separate sub-forums runs the risk of fracturing discussion too much, and resulting in less traffic overall.
