Hi there,

I've been a long time Tau player and have recently got enough Tau to be able to effectively participate in 1850pts games. Now, I'm looking for a new army to collect and have my eye on Necrons. So, I've come here to ask, what should I buy in order to get a decent 600pts Necron force going.

You can still get the Necron Battleforce on Amazon. Comes with 20 warriors, 5 Immortals, 5+ scarabs and a Ghost/Doomsday Ark.

This is a very good idea. Then you could add the starter set.

Those 2 kits together will give you atleast 820 points of models before upgrades on the overlord. Then you just need a box of Tombblades and some Deathmarks and you have a bare bones Decurion.
