It's not what you think! What I've been pondering for a while now is whether or not Terminator Command Squads are available to a Blood Angels army. BA Characters may not lead Command Squads but unless noted otherwise they use all the other options from Codex Space Marines. The SM Charaters list thier ability to lead Command and Terminator Command squads in thier profiles. The Blood Angels FAQ only references Command Squads.
So the qestion is; "Is a Terminator Command Squad a Command Squad or not?"

People are going to argue this.. But yes.. it is. It is a type of command squad, and therefor is a command squad.

Okay... I'll take that as a definite "probably not". Thanks everybody!

I agree that they shouldn't be able to take one (term com. squad that is). However, you'll probably hear otherwise from others, using the "Terminators don't have terminator armor" or "'Furioso' Dreadnoughts aren't Dreadnoughts, so they can't drop pod" line of reasoning.
It's common sense... but that isn't the flavor of the month around here. You've been warned.

i would say they can as the BA codex says they can take an honouor gaurd and this replaces the command squad from SM codex. so they should be able to take the termie comamnd sqaud. there was no termie command squads when this was written but i dont see why not

termie command squads are command squads and actually on checking the codex properly ( i should check before i ans sometimes) blood angels cant take them but never fear you get honour gaurds with jump packs and power weapons that could whack up a squad of terminators in closecombat.
