Chariots are relentless. Riders can "fire any weapon" as if they are stationary.

But what if they have 2 weapons or gifts? Such as the Tzeentch burning chariot? Can they fire both?

From the Shooting with Chariots section:
In addition to the Chariot’s weapons shooting, the rider can shoot any shooting weapon he himself is equipped with, counting as stationary even if the Chariot moved in the previous Movement phase – the Chariot and rider must target the same unit though.

Do note that being Relentless has zero bearing on the number of Weapons a model may Fire, just how a model shoots when firing certain Weapon Types (and Charging, but that is not pertinent here).

I can still see people arguing that being able to fire "any weapon" means he can fire any one weapon (singular) or any and all ranged he is equipped with.

Being able to fire any shooting weapon you're equipped with doesn't rule out more than one being shot, nor does it specifically say you can shoot multiple weapons.

I would still say however, that both guns would fit under the description "any shooting weapon he is equipped with" and the rule tells us they can fire them.

Better make sure your opponent is cool with whatever you decide. HIWPI: shoot both weapons.

Which is precisely why I didn't actually address it at the time. It is the same phrasing used for Gargantuan Creatures firing at multiple targets, and too many people understand that crap storm.

Play an opponent with a GMC who wants to shoot all his weapons. Play with multiple Chariots and claim to do the same thing. If anyone complains, pack your stuff up and go home.

The community cannot agree on the same things all the time but generally if things become double standards and cause a problem, you're better off finding other opponents.

So the consensus is that it's just another poorly written rule with no clear answer?

Sweet...
