Got some new orks yesterday. I got the start collecting (deff dread, boyz, nob's and a painboy, lootas, stormboyz, and some gretchin. I feel like I need more types of unit's spread around. I definitely need some truck's (no need for da footslogga's) Any suggestion's? (And my opponents mostly every week is blood angels, space marines, space wolves and chaos *sometimes skitarii*)

Please help

you will probably need some tank bustas. They are very dependable especially run in a transports. A couple unoits of them is good too. Having a warboss of some sort will be useful as well since he is S10 with the Klaw.

Do you know what the special formation rule from the start collecting box is

Deffkoptas are also good. Can take TL Rokkits or Big Shootas, get Scout, Jink, and are relatively cheap. The S6 Powerfist is okay, but never take the bomb, its almost completely useless.

Dakka Jets are fun for some okay anti air, but arent necessarily mandatory, and are better for ground harassment.

Agreed on the Tankbustas, but for the love of Gork don't buy the actual GW kit. Every Boyz kit you buy gives you at least one rokkit (more are a piece of cake to convert) and the Nobz box also has plenty of rokkity goodness (as does the Deff Dread). It's just my opinion, but I think the GW Tankbustas, with the exception of the Bomb Squig, are overpriced and goofy looking.

For a Warboss, you could proxy a Powerklaw armed Nob as a Warboss in 'eavy armour for the time being. Depending how that works out for you, you could then look into getting the new Grukk model (cool sculpt, although I personally think his head is again a bit on the goofy side) which apparently has an awesome warlord trait (12' fearless bubble, or something of the like).

Good luck!

Paint them all silver, give them Necrony names, and really confuse your opponent when your 'warriors' unload 60 S4 shots at 18".
