I volunteered to play both my friends at once, 100 pts for each of them and 200 pts for me. I will most likely be going up against, Scum Turrets and Rebel "Aces"

I was tinkering on an army builder and Im thinking of using this list (haven't play tested it):

Vader seems a weird choice on a firespray - it's not like you have hit points to burn. He's also not really agile enough to make good use of a stealth device. I'd rather put it on Howlrunner (who will be drawing fire)

Chiraneau is a lethal gunship - the main problem is that by using expose/interface, you're making him predictable. Which, given the amount of fire he's going to draw (since he has palpatine on board) is a bad thing. At least you can't block him - green will clear stress, and then at the start of the combat phase you can evade/interface/expose to get his guns up.

Howlrunner..... Expert Handling seems odd. Yes, you can barrel roll to break a target lock. But if she barrel rolls, she's breaking formation with Wampa and Chiraneau, so you're not getting her rerolls to hit....so she might as well be a normal TIE fighter. Juke is a nice alternative - you can evade and still get a slight attack benefit, because you force opponents to spend focus when they might not have. Twin Ion Engines MkII seems pointless - it's not like she's going to be stressing herself very often.

Whisper is good. My one comment is that you might do better with a sensor jammer - if expecting lots of Twin Laser Turrets in the scum half, a sensor jammer can cut the worst of the incoming fire. If you have 200 points concentrating fire on something, it's going to die in one shooting phase, so by comparison, Fire Control is a lot less useful.

Wampa doesn't need Howlrunner's rerolls as long as the Emperor is alive.

OP: you're spending way too points on upgrades you don't need, specially on the Firespray.

Alternatively, you could use Youngster with Expose and 15 TIE Fighters. There's no way you can fit that many TIEs in a Howl bubble, let alone fly them that way. But with Youngster you have a lot more leeway and you basically brought 15 X-wings with no shields.

But moving 16x TIEs in formation might cause an anxiety attack.

OP:
Why Howlrunner at this point, since your TIE count is fairly low? Can you take Omega Leader with Juke/Comm Relay? Might get more mileage out of it, and he can heave the stealth device too.

Ah, you are correct...I was probably thinking ship count, which is valid as well, since Whisper should be off doing her own thing (and possibly Trellix as well)...leaving maybe 3 ships to benefit (including Howlrunner).

Howl is not "any friendly" it's "another friendly" which is important because:

It just feels to me like it's not a lot of bodies. Have a mini swarm with that Howlrunner. Let them do their thing. You can have a bunch of other stuff to muck up with his list if he a)ignores the swarm or b)concentrates on it too much.
