Hello everyone ive narrowed my list down to two choices for adepticon. Now So everyone understands adepticon list building rules are as follows.

Armies will consist of 1850 points or less, must be Battle-forged (no Unbound armies), and may be constructed
utilizing any of the following options:
 0-2 Combined Arms Detachment
 0-1 Allied Detachment (per the BRB, no self-allies unless specifically allowed by a codex rule)
 Any number of unique (0-1) Codex Detachments*
 Any number of unique (0-1) Formations presented in a Data Slate*

Lords of War are allowed in this event. Players may select ONE of the following options when including a Lord of War
in their army:
o 1 Imperial Knight Formation (no point restrictions and no other Lords of War may be taken)
o 1 Storm Surge Unit (no point restrictions and no other Lords of War may be taken)
o Spend a maximum of 700 points on Lords of War (mix and match options)
o Players must still present a Battle-forged army list in addition to the Lord of War restrictions presented
above. For example, you may not include a unit of Storm Surges unless you have a Formation or
Detachment that allows their inclusion.

So MY options are as follows ive been playing the first list a few games but seems to not have enough bodies to cover and stop my opponents from scoring the huge scoring circles in adepticons missions, Also first list has me scared what may happen against grav spam list.

Grav. remember grav. those suckers will murder those gargants like they weren't even there. That being said, the second list with the Shield it probably a better choice.

I'm not sure about the culexus assassin though, I've played him a couple times to very little effect. I much prefer the Callidus. Her ability to drop out of nowhere really forces the enemy to deal with her. and that -3 to the first opponent's roll can really help keep those flyers at bay.

Well i could always drop the feel no pains on the riptides and add a void shield generator for the list.

So just an update i took the eldar with assassin and finished 9 in the championship and made it to final 8 on friday.
