A pal of mine wrote this tactical guide for Kromac2. He's a casual but experienced player and is looking for feedback. http://midwestwargaming.com/hunters-mark-article-kromac2/

That was very interesting. Now I want to play Kromac2. Good job!
The main comment I have is on the section about Primal Shock. It is possible I am wrong here, but as far as I can see the only warbeast in Circle that can possibly get a Pow 16 Primal Shock is the Woldwrath. Is this a typo? My understanding is Ghetorix and the Feral will Primal Shock at pow 11, with the Stalker and Pureblood at 10. I guess maybe he is incorrectly including Warp Strength, Primal and the feat? Primal Shock only uses the base strength, not any bonuses.
It was a neat article, though. Thanks!

There'll be the other gargantuan too, eventually.
At least it's living so it'll benefit more than the woldwrath

Okay, stay with me here.
Kromac2
- Woldwrath
???
Woldwrath animus, additional die on magic attack rolls.
Kromac can cast Primal Shock three times per round, hitting defense 17.5 on average dice, at Pow 16. He can do this from 27 inches away from the target.
The sole downside is the Woldwrath's complete lack of synergy with Kromac2 in any other way, and also that you have to take a Woldwrath. But wouldn't it be worth it when it worked?

Isn't the storm raptor spd7 pr something? Could be useful to set up nicer sprays, and it actually gains something from a few more synergies
(Alright, it's squishy as hell and not that liked. I just want to like that chicken)
Edit, I must be mixing spells up, Primal shock doesn't make a spray....
Sigh

I think the Storm Raptor is actually semi-playable now. More than the woldwrath. But you MUST play it with a caster who has a Mat buff(Kaya, either Kromac, etc...).
Its still super squishy, but you can use it as a glass cannon.
