The list:

- HQ -
Command Squad: Vox Caster, Grenade Launcher
Quartermaster Cadre: 4x Servitors
- Troops -
2xInfantry Platoon: (Command Squad: Vox Caster, 2x Grenade Launchers), 2x(Infantry Squad: Vox Caster, Grenade Launcher)
1xInfantry Platoon: (Command Squad: Vox Caster, 2x Flamer), 2x(Infantry Squad: Vox Caster, Flamer)
- Elites -
2xField Artillery: 3x Quad Launcher
Engineers in Hades: Vox Caster, Melta Gun
- Heavy Support -
Heavy Weapons Platoon: 1x 3 Lascannons
Heavy Artillery: 1xEarthshaker, Camo Netting
Heavy Artillery: 2xMedusa, Camo Netting

- Fortification Detachment -
Aegis Defence Line: Quad Gun

The battle plan:
-Castle up as much as possible behind the ADL - Artillery, Heavy Weapons platoon, at least the flamer Platoon, and both HQ are mandatory. The platoon there to give some bodies and templates for defence, and the HQ to then give Orders and FnP.
-The platoons that don't fit behind the ADL will then march forth (hopefully finding some other cover), lasguns and GL's firing at whatever they can - I know that you're probably already going to criticise my use of GLs over Flamers, but I've found the krak grenades help a lot.
- Hades and Engineers take out any potent targets I don't want reaching my line.
- Artillery does most of the heavy lifting dropping templates everywhere, heavy weapon squad grants some direct-fire antitank.

Space Marines - 1500 points
Inquisition - 250 points

Looks solid, you've covered a lot of bases for a TAC list. Templates galore with some decent direct fire. I would cut down on the Medicae Servitors (Because they get a 6" bubble around them they should be able to cover your important stuff) for some special weapons on the advancing platoons.

The only issue I really see is how on earth are you going to fit all that artillery behind a single Aegis Defence Line? You also may have issues if your opponent brings any blast templates (Don't let those Vindicators draw near) becuase everything will have to be crammed so tight behind that line.

Bippity Boppity Bump! Sorry, but I really want some criticism for this list.

I think the only criticism I could think of is it'd probably get destroyed quickly by drop pod lists. Maybe adding some horses could help for counter charging.

Otherwise looks pretty powerful
