I know I want to use Suzerians. I just don't know how to deliver them. Is a Phobos ok?

Another unit I want to use is a 10 man tact support squad with volkite calivers.

At least two units of basic tact squads in rhinos with additional bolters.

Are dual kheres contemptors good?

I'll use a vigilator as hq along with guiliman

What else is good? How do you take out av13 and below from a distance.

1) this is 30k not 40k, basically every unit is good or has a use.

2) if your worried about other tanks, some rapiers or tanks of your own would be good.

3) be careful with smaller tactical squads. 10-man squads of 3+ armor are not usually that durrable, even with rhinos (remember, rhinos are NOT scoring in 30k)

A phobos would be fine, though keep numbers in mind.
Are vigilators support officers? I don't know if they are or aren't
dual kheres dreads (mortis or regular contemptors) are very good.

I'll never be able to repay CA for making GW realize that The Old World was a cash cow, left to die in a field.

So the honor Guard boys are great for moving up the board and just smashing dudes with this ap2 not unwieldy axes! I personally have been thinking of running them with a champion or primus medicae or just leave em with pappy smurf.

A Phobos would probably do the job for a transport. As long as it can get them where they need to go.

As for the kheres yes they're awesome. 12 strength 6 ap4 rending shots as pretty great. Although a deredeo dread with the anvilus autocannons and mess up infantry and light armor alike.

The vigilator I see being better in other legions like AL and RG.
Are you running him with a recon squads then I take it? This is just my opinion of course, I am a mere man and have been incorrect but I believe there are more well suited centurion consuls like master of signals. Laying out blast templates and crap etc.
