Just messing around a little and though this would totally surprise most people and catch them off guard. Would be expensive to buy and have this list. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
It would be very expensive dollar wise. Is money no object for you? The reason I ask is that you might be able to build a list for much less dollar investment that is still competitive.
Seconded on all of Sheit's advice. Going with MSU will save your butt quite often. It will also make it easier for your war walkers to battle focus in and out of sight, terrain permitting.
I think blob lists will wreck you. You don't have nearly enough shots to deal with high model count armies. I'd recommend taking the Deathshroud Cannons on your Scathach Wraithknight. You've already got 9 pulse lasers and 10 bright lances, so you're overflowing with high strength low ap weaponry. The Deathshroud Cannons will give you some good anti-infantry.

I must say, I disagree with Bojazz here: you can never have enough anti tank!
IIRC, the deathshroud Wraithknight doesn't have torrent does it? In either case The Ghostglaive and Scattershield/ Double D cannons/ Inferno Cannons are better...
You have a Farseer in the list so I understand why you want to keep your units in larger squadrons so you get the most out of your buffs that way. That said I would still split them up or have smaller squadrons at the very least to allow for MSU plays.
My second concern is a lack of troops, only having a couple of troop units with objective secured may hinder you... What a lot of people on Dakka forget to mention about windriders is that while they do have a lot of fire power, they win games when they turbo boost onto objectives on the last turn and steal them with objective secured
Hornets are great... I have 9 and whenever I use them their returns are fantastic

The Deahshroud Cannon gets Hellstorm (which is torrent with a bigger template), and Massive Blast firing options. I'm not sure what all of his anti-tank will do against lists like the Greentide, but IMO it won't be enough to deal with mass infantry reliably.

haven't seen too many hordes around lately but he is still throwing out a decent amount of fire
40 Strength 6 shots 33+2d3 Strength 8 shots
on an average roll he will have 77 shots about 51 hits and about 43 wounds right?
Now admittedly plenty of other Eldar lists can average about 72 shots with just scatterbikes alone but I have to say the amount of long range, AP2-1, strength 8 and skyfire on incredibly mobile platforms should be able to make up for a 'lack of shots'

I'm unfamiliar with FW stuff, this list really doesn't look expensive to build in my opinion... If you really wanted to troll ally in DE, give the aurtch skyrunner a powerlance and Banshies, put him in reaver squads, use all the DE assult transports for Banshies and Incubi and wraithblades, or Infiltrate a whole army of rangers striking scorps and mandrakes
Automatically Appended Next Post: Or run 6 squads of clawled fiends and a beast master
