Does the red scorpion chapter tactic deny other chapter tactics? I mean it allows you to take a narthecium on tactical squads is that a special rule or what I am lost help me!

It is a Chapter Tactic. But the narthecium really can't be denied after you purchase it, can it?

Are you a Wolf, a Sheep, or a Hound?

You can only take one Chapter Tactic per Detachment.

So I don't know what you're asking here, it never conflicts with other CTs and does exactly what it says. Your Tac Squad Sergeants/Vet Sergeants can take a Narthecium as wargear for free.

Base Chapter Tactics rules state that if you have two different Chapter Tactics in a unit, usually by joining an IC with a Chapter Tactic different from the unit he joined, they are nullfied. This gets a little wonky when a Chapter Tactic allows for alternative purchasing like the Red Scorpions.

Ah, now I understand the question. But a Narthecium is not a CT but part of the models wargear, so still no conflict.

Oddly enough it seems to work fine. The fact the model can't buy something once joined by a different CT in game means nothing to models that already have the wargear.

"White Scars models have the Hit & Run special rule."

"If a unit contains models drawn from two different Chapters, it counts as from neither Chapter, and thus benefits from neither Chapter Tactic."

If a unit composed of models with the White Scars Chapter Tactics special rule is joined by a model with a different Chapter Tactics special rule then all models count as being from neither Chapter, so they are not White Scars models in that instance and thus do not have the Hit & Run special rule.
