Hello! If I took the chaos demon tetrad (4 princes of different alignments) and made 3 of them psychers how do they have to generate the powers.

Basically do they have to take one from their home lore or can the tzeentch one (for instance) who is a lvl 3 take shriek for free primaris and roll 3 times on the telepathy chart?

Can all 3 princes roll all their powers on telepathy? Also they can roll on summoning chart too correct?

Taking them in a tetrad doesn't change their psychic power generation. They generate powers the same way they always do.

Biomancy, telepathy, divination, malefic, and their god specific tables are available to them.

The daemons follow all the normal rules for daemon princes. There is nothing that forces you to take specific powers, just look at the codex daemons entry for princes. The only daemon princes who must take specific powers are those that come in Codex:Chaos Space Marines.

Just a note, however. It is being debated whether or not a Daemon can roll more than half of their god's powers, or if the new tables also replace that restriction.

In either case, there is nothing saying the HAVE to roll any powers from their god's table. they just automatically come with the Primarus from that table via "Chaos Focus" (which also means no Psychic focus for rolling all from a BRB discipline).

For Example: A ML3 Tzeetch prince could roll all 3 powers on Telepathy, but would need to trade 1 for Shriek because he auto comes with Flickering fire.

Also remember that you cannot roll all 3 at the same time and pick one to swap. You must roll one at a time, then decide if you want to swap before rolling the next power.

If we didn't have "Chaos Focus", we could roll all 3 at the same time, since we would get the primarus no matter what.

There is no consensus as to whether or not you can gain psychic focus if you also have chaos psychic focus.

I don't want to rehash those threads, so I'm just letting you know there isn't a consensus on that ruling. You will have to talk to your opponent and come to a conclusion with them.

Agreed. I take that stance that all your power must come from the same discipline to get Psychic focus, meaning the Chaos focus interferes with that. However, many players on the opposite side state that you merely must "chose" all the same powers to Psychic focus - stating that Chaos focus or having a Force weapon were not voluntary and thus would not interfere.

I can see both sides, but it is definitely best to speak with your opponent pregame.
