So the whole point of this list is to take advantasge of the -2 leadership from the first company strike force. drop a ten man in, combat squad, and they them with the pod give the -2 leadership to anything in 12. I added the harlequins for the infiltrate phychic shriek, the auto run at -2 additional leadership from the jester, and added a libo for an additional shriek. The first company strike also makes all the unts fearless, and they are ob sec with pedro for maximum scoring. I don't intend this list to go to a gt or anything but want it to be solid to play hard games. Thanks!

As for the list, it's not terribly competitive, but will definitely pack a punch first turn. Not sure about the Harlies though.

Well I like the added pychic dice plus the 2 shrieks should be good with all the leadership bombs. The deathjester with the stern is -4 leadership or run the direction of my choice. should be brutal vs certain things. running broadsides off the table etc.

Pedro does not make your Sternguard obsec. He only gives that to units in his detachment.

I'd drop him, turn your dudes into White Scars, give the Librarian the Hunter's Eye, and upgrade the Devastators to grav Centurions, and stick them in a FA Drop Pod.

Also, Mask of Secrets on the Shadowseer. It's a -2ld bubble.

Leaves you with 100 or so points left over. Spend it on something fast and mobile.
