Why hello there,

I have recently been inspired to dust off the orks from my collection and muster a waaaagh! upon my local gaming group once again. This had led me to one conclusion... I have way too many big shoota boyz. This led me to the question of the what the zog to do with them. I have no intention of running them as actual big shootas in my boyz squads I was wondering what indeed I could repurpose them as.

Any suggestions?

As above. Add more bits to the guns and call them Lootas (which are actually one of the better units in the 'dex)

Yeah, put 5-15 of them together and use them as Lootas. No one should give you any grief over that, even if they're unconverted.

Hell, glue an appropriate (or inappropriate, these are Orks after all) weapon barrel/round/etc. to the barrels of the Shootas and call them rokkits/flamers/mega-blastas/kombis/etc. That's pretty much how Ork tech works for them, so why can't it work for you?

-Use them on scratch build vehicles.Big shootas at vehicles are not bad.
-Convert them to other guns in you can make loota's tank busta's and burna's out of them

Glue a rokkit to the end of the barrel. A hell of a lot cheaper than buying the "Fine"cast Tankbustas.
