This seems pretty good to me.

The main issue I see is the two naked Y-Wings at the 120pts. They don't pull their weight without turrets - you would do much better with a single TLT Y-Wing and a Z-95.

120pts:

Poe Dameron (31)
R5-P9 (3)
Autothrusters (2)

Blue Squadron Pilot (22)
Fire-Control System (2)

Blue Squadron Pilot (22)
Fire-Control System (2)

Bandit Squadron Pilot (12)

Gold Squadron Pilot (18)
Twin Laser Turret (6)

Total: 120

With that in mind, I would go ahead and do the two TLT Y-Wings at the 150pt level, and upgrade that Z-95 with a concussion missile. Guidance Chips is close to hitting the streets, and so ought to be a legal option by the time your league is wrapping up. You get a Z-95 instead of the HLCs on the B-Wings, but I think this is a more natural progression from the 120pt list. Lone Wolf is possibly a bad choice at this point level, due to the density of ships on the board. If you can get Lone Wolf to trigger, it makes Poe highly durable against multiple attacks, which is desirable in big games - I would test it to see if it works for you.

150pts:

Poe Dameron (31)
Lone Wolf (2)
R5-P9 (3)
Autothrusters (2)

Blue Squadron Pilot (22)
Fire-Control System (2)

Blue Squadron Pilot (22)
Fire-Control System (2)

Bandit Squadron Pilot (12)
Concussion Missiles (4)
Guidance Chips (0)

Gold Squadron Pilot (18)
Twin Laser Turret (6)

Gold Squadron Pilot (18)
Twin Laser Turret (6)

Total: 150

@Daniel, do VI instead and leave a point for the initiative bid?

I would. PS10 is a buff you can count on when Lone Wolf decides to be finicky.

I don't know about most players, but this is my experience building escalation lists. At some point, you need to have that one round where you just don't plan to win. From what I have seen at most tournaments, the third round seems to be that time. The two naked y-wings are not great options, but, they are tough things to take down. I don't have a real problem with the list.
