Hey guys I'm planning on selling a scratch built custom Lucius pattern Warhound Titan online. Im going to give it a pro paint job first as its made out of several colors of styrene, green stuff and parts. So i thought it would be fun to see what color everyones armies are to see what color Titan might be most popular.

Pre-painting something to hope it fits with everyone's armies is an iffy prospect and can reduce the potential buyers list. I'd advise against it unless someone specifically ordered it.

I would put it up for auction/sale/whatever as is and mention a paint job of buyer's choice will be included, personally.

Priming it could work well, so people can see the build quality but not be put off by it not matching the army.

Do it yellow - it will fit in well with BA, DA, UM and SW, which is what you will need.

Have you considered primer grey?

It makes an assembled buy unpainted scratchbuild look considerably more like a 'professional' model in my opinion.
