The only Formation I know that grants obj sec is Household Detachment for Imperial Knights.

Which other formations grants obj sec to 1 or more slots?

Emperors Blade Assault Company from Mont'ka gives ObSec to the infantry. An I believe Battlegroup Hammerblow does.

Isn't their a Scout formation in one of the Tau campaign books that grants it as well?

Blood Angels Angel's Fury Spearhead formation, which is usually only thought of for its assault out of deep strike shinanigans, gives the 30 tactical marines in the stormraven's Objective Secured.

The White Scars Stormbringer Squadron pairs Landspeeders with Landspeeder Storms. The embarked Scouts gain ObSec, can disembark after 12", and their Storm gets a +1 Jink if a Speeder is within 6". That's the one from Kauyon.

Tyranid skyblight swarm. Gave obsec to gargoyles from the formation before the dawn of 7th, which was pretty weird since obsec didn't exist for any other units at that point, so there was a short period of time where NOTHING COULD STOP THE GARGOYLES. Except for, you know, bullets. Or swords. Or a stiff breeze
