Looks good, but to be honest I would have left out the dots; they may be realistic, but they make the model look too "busy" and actually obscure the detail.

The point of camo in real life is to break up the form of a figure and make it hard to see what you're looking at, the point of painting a miniature is to make it look good and enhance the forms to make them clearer. The goals are in some ways exact opposites; painting camo models that look really good is therefore somewhat challenging (I've dabbled and had mixed results).

I have to agree, in fact "busy" was the exact word I used on Battlefronts home site forum. That said I originally had a couple of options .One was to make only a handful of dots as a representation of the pattern which I didn't really like myself, the other was to make the model lighter as in the yellow/sand base colour as most in 15mm always appear way to dark or over brown to me which hides the detail. I tried a work around,

These originally had no green dots on the yellow which I thought looked better in 15mm & gave the eye more appeal but you know sometimes when you have an itch that just needs scratching? It just eats away at you until finally you give in?....I just couldn't leave it alone, anyway, I see your point, I agree with it, but sometimes you just have to scratch-)
Makes sense, it's good to try different things even if they don't always work out quite right.

The new camo scheme looks much better. What exactly did you change? I can't put my finger on it, it just looks more subtle.

Funny how sometimes the small details can make a big difference.
