Your output of shots is impressive even by Tau standards lol. But I don't see anything that can even glance a 14 AV vehicle to death. I am also concerned about fliers a bit, no Velocity Trackers.

Honestly I would make the Bursttides into Iontides. (You have the points) That would give you some AP 2 and ability to pop land raiders pretty easy with the nova charge blast as it is ordnance.

I do think ti looks like a fun list to finally use all those darn drones we accumulate as tau.

So yeah your weaknesses are:

Heavy Armor
2+ and 3+ armor saves
Flyers

I would invest a little in that stuff but other than that it looks fun!

i did give some thought to dropping 2 missilesides in favor of standard broadsides.

As for the lack of skyfire....I kind of figured my sheer volume of shots would pay off
