Yeah, you'd be better off dropping the second Tetrad and using the points to put 2x Greater Rewards, 1x Lesser reward and ML3 on all the Princes (no ML on Khorne, obviously). Then field a CAD with Belakor and either 2x Nurglings or 2x 11 Horrors (depends on points and playstyle)

I also agree that your points are spread to thin. You are better off adding a single Chaos Knight or Forgehost and calling it a day.
You could also grab 2 squads of 11 horrors and then get Fatey and a LoC.
This was a monster mash list I came up with last night. I'm sure it needs some tweaking but I'm going to test it Friday night.
Pretty simple. 8 tough targets to deal with. Can this be tweaked to be more competitive?
I'm thinking the Legacy of Ruin "1st War of Amrageddon" to increase the invuln save of all the soul grinders to 4+ might be worth it, but I would need to cut out 2 baleful torrents or 2 psyker levels to get it.
Psychic Powers This army list brings the following psykers to the game.
Fatewaver Head - Level 4 Psyker
Lord of Change - Level 3 Psyker
Tzeentch DP - Level 3 Psyker
Nurgle DP - Level 1 Psyker
Slaanesh DP - Level 3 Psyker
This gives a total of 14 levels of psyker. That is a lot of dice being thrown out every round!
Thoughts I am thinking that the best warlord table to roll on is Tzeentch -- though Khorne has some nice ones as well.
I'm not sure how this army would do overall. Does it just fly up and assault everything? Does it fly around and try and shoot everything? I'm curious to how it would play out.
Once I test them out, I'll let you know how they work out.
