Subject: Am I screwed? Just got my new airbrush

Ordered an airbrush+compressor and tons of accessories a couple of weeks ago, it came in today. I made sure to ask he seller exactly what I would need, since I don't know a lot about this stuff. Well, now I can't connect the hose to the compressor, and here's nothing in the box that looks like an adapter or anything like that. Maybe I'm just doing it wrong? I don't have any shop that sells this stuff nearby and I have the whole weekend free specifically so I can go to town with my new toy. Am I screwed? What do I need to buy (if anythin) and where can I get it?

The hose-side connector is too large?

Without knowing what exactly isn't fitting...
The compressor should have come with a hose on the right connector. If not - get a hose from that brand and ask / make sure it connects.
The airbrush should have come with a connector that lets you attach any hose to it. If not - you should get that part from the airbrush manufacturer.

The airbrush is an Iwata eclipse and came with a hose, it does fit on the airbrush but not int the compressor as the pic shows. Compressor didn't come with anything! Someone else told me to check local hardware stores for an adapter so I'll do that tomorrow.

That kit often comes with a set of adaptors, but it may be because you didn't get a hose with it, you didn't have them thrown in?
Sort of like these.

You just need an adapter is all man, they are fairly cheap, and sourced easily.

Use plumber's (teflon) tape between *ALL* connections, too. Get that at the hardware store while you are there.
