So I wrote up this DA list as a starter guide to my army and was wondering if it would be viable and at least semi-competitive. I dont have the codex so I havent been able to look at the formations properly but I do know i want to have some greenwing and raven/death wing.

So here is

level 2, bike, auspex, conversion field

RW CS 165
4 bikes, RW grenade launcher and 1 Champion

Tac Squad 165
plasma gun, combi-plas

Tac Squad 165

Ravenwing Bikers 105
2 grav guns

Ravenwing Bikers 95
2 meltas

Ravenwing Speeders 170
both with typhoons and multi-meltas

Libby will roll with the Command Squad and pick units off and debuff others with Interrormancy
Tac squads will push forward throguh cover and onto objectives
The bikes and Speeders to deal with heavy armour and tanks

Is this list alright? I wasnt too sure on how to set up the speeders as 85 points per one seems a bit expensive?

Any other suggestions on my squads would be appreciated as well.

well your spamminjg ravens most of the way so yes i mean if your spamming them in some capacity its bound to win you games right?

Max the Ravenwing command squad with six models, apothecary and champion. Best unit in codex.

Try to load land speeders with weapons whose range and targets align more closely. Typhoons and melta are both useful, but not on the same model.

Tactical squads require transports to realize their full potential. Also consider Scouts instead of tactical squads.
