War Walker Pilot with Withering Fire

A list for a semi-casual game (or jokingly competitive, if you wish); my goal is for a fun list that has a fair chance at holding its own.

Eldar Craftworld Warhost:
Guardian Battlehost
Farseer Skyrunner w/singing spear
3x10 Guardians w/EML
Vyper w/shuriken cannon and starcannon
War walker w/BL x2
Vaul's Wrath w/D-Cannon

Auxilliary:
Fre Prism w/holofields, shuriken cannon
Wraithlord w/BL, flamers x2, sword
Avatar of Khaine

Allied Eldar CAD
Spiritseer
2x units of 3x jetbikes, no upgrades
2x units of 5 Wraithguard in a Wave Serpwent w/BL

Allied Harlequins:
The Heroes' Path formation
Shadowseer w/Mask of Sorrows
Solitaire w/haywire grenades
Death Jester

Looks like a fun list, it has teeth but isn't cut throat.

Might have be tempted to drop the Wraithguard for a couple of Hemlock fighters if you have them and have some fun interactions with the their moral test debuff and the leadership based attacks from the Harlequins and then put some warlocks with the guardians but yeah looks fun
