Subject: Best (40k/AOS/Fantasy) board game for a 'beer-and-boardgames' night?

So me and a few buddies occasionally organize a 'beer-and-boardgames' night, with much enjoyment to be had by all involved.
With the release of several cool-looking 40k boardgames (like Execution Force, and more recently, Deathwatch: Overkill), I've been thinking of picking up one of the boxed games to play with aformentioned buddies.
However, given that we usually get suitably drunk during the night, the game would preferably have to be not too complicated, which isn't exactly 40k's strong point.
My FLGS carries most of GW's games, ranging from Space Hulk to Deathwatch:Overkill, as well as a couple of FFG's products, so pretty much all options are open.
So which game would you guys recommend?

Betrayal at Calth is relatively simple, very entertaining, and has the benefit that you can use all the tasty models in your gaming army.
Though it's pretty hefty on the wallet.
How keen are you to stick to GW settings?

I definitely wouldn't say no to having a bunch of new GW miniatures to add to my armies ( I will own you one day, Cataphractii terminators), but seeing as I already have a pile of unpainted miniatures casting angry glares at me from my painting station, I think going out of my comfort zone wouldn't hurt either
What exactly did you have in mind?

I really, really like Deathwatch: Overkill, but I would recommend Space Hulk for a boardgame night. The miniatures are easier to assemble and come in colored plastic.
With Deathwatch, you really need to (carefully) assemble them. I don't know why they didn't cast them in black and blue plastic like space hulk, but it makes it seem much less like a game out of the box. Now if assembly (and painting) isn't any consideration, either of them is lots of fun.
The only caveat about Space Hulk is that you need a bigger table. Otherwise, it's amazingly fun, IMHO.

I'd actually say that Dungeon Saga is a very safe bet for a fun night and easy to pick up. If you know Fire Emblem or Final Fantasy: Tactics you basically don't need to read the rules.

Does it have to be a GW game? Super Dungeon Explore is a great multi-player game.

Lords of Waterdeep. Its a 5 player board game with a D&D theme. Easy learning curve. Definitely the sort of thing you could manage after a few beers.

Space hulk is good, but only for two players. Execution Force will do up to four. Deathwatch Overkill assumes two players, but you can have multiple people controlling the Deathwatch Marines.
Talisman is fairly simple. Too simple for my taste, but if you're all pissed, then it might be ideal.

Problem is, it's usually 3 of us, although a 4th player shouldn't be too hard to find...
Any of the games work well with 3 players?
