I don't know if this goes here or not, but this is the closest forum I could find. If it's not in the right place feel free to move it

Anyway, I recently got a bunch of old minis from a guy who has been collecting since the 70s and needed to clear out some old stuff. I got this dragon and I can't figure out what it is or even who made it. The lot consisted mostly of Grenadier and Ral Partha with some old GW mixed in. Anyway, if anyone could help identify the dragon and point me to a place I could maybe get a tail for it that would be much appreciated! Thanks!
