Was hearing about this list on Front line gaming and wanted to run it but I can't find a list anywhere any ideas what it will be running

Off the top of my head, all the monstrous creatures available to Tau. So, Coldstars, Ghostkeels, Riptides, and Stormsurges.

Two storm surges, a riptide wing, commander and marker drones, and fire warriors. Apparently you leave the commander, drones, and fire warriors in reserve and start with the surges and riptides on the table first turn so there aren't any soft targets, then just run the surges up into the midfield.

Frankie is apparently so successful with the list that he doesn't really have fun playing it anymore.

I think a Tau "Cloverfield" list would be more fun, Stormsurges, Ghostkeels, Drone-Net, and deep striking Monat Crisis.
