Too many transports. I'd drop them all and take two more Harvests, or one more and a judicator battalion. Fliers don't do much in maelstrom and your troops aren't obsec. So sit them like deckchairs at the back and use the mobile Killy stuff in the codex to get out there and win games:

Harvest wraiths (and to a lesser extent scarabs)
Tomb Blades
Praetorians

I my opinions these are the best units in the codex.

If you are keen on a troop heavy army, from a fluff point of view or whatever, then I'd recommend using all warriors. Immortals don't bring enough to last.

Catacomb Command Barges are pretty mediocre, but if you're determined to field one then I would drop the Tachyon Arrow. Most of the time you're going to be moving 12" to get into assault where the Overlord can really shine, so you'll be snap-shooting with it. Additionally, Tachyon Arrows are way over-costed for what they do. The Nightmare Shroud can be good, but really depends on your meta. If you have lots of Tau and Guard in your meta then keep it up. Otherwise, I would drop it.

Night Scythe Immortals are better with Gauss because you can get within rapid fire range pretty easily. Once in rapid fire range, Gauss outperforms Tesla exponentially.

Don't drop the transports for more Harvests because then your army will look like every other "competitive" Necron army out there. Harvest spam is boring. It's boring to look at, boring to play with and boring to play against.

Counter to that, I find it a lot more fun to play Wraiths than ghost arks. Ghost arks sit on objectives and shoot, wraiths get involved with the game and you can use them and the other units in the harves to pen enemy unit movement. Also, any deathstar will romp through AV11 laughing all the while.

I think this looks more intimidating and fun to play. Personally, I'd consider trying the Veil of Darkness for late game teleport shunt shenanigans. Gives a lot of tactical flexibility. 2+ tank not as useful.

Your list looks good, but running the stalker alone could be disastrous! It's an open topped av 13 walker with no jink and it becomes armor 11 after it gets penned. With no other armor in the list, an experienced player will immediately take it out, probably giving them first blood and denying you your gun line the important bs 5 buff.

My suggestion: drop the night scythe, 5 immortals, the nightmare shroud, the ressurection orb or the phase shifter, and the gloom prism. That will give you enough to put in a second stalker, and get another spyder, wraith and 3 scarab bases. This way you can run a two stalker squadron and get two minimum canoptek harvests instead of one big one (much more flexible). This leaves you with 10 points to either buy back the gloom prism (not worth it at all imo), get particle shredders on your stalkers (heat Ray is more versatile but str 7 ap 4 large blast might be better in certain situations), or get a tl heavy gauss cannon on one stalker (possibly worth it). You could even drop the whip coils as well and get the veil of darkness for your overlord, allowing him to take a crucial objective or provide a critical threat to your opponent late in the game. Dropping whip coils is a delicate decision, it may or may not be worth it depending on what army you play.
