Random question, could the triarch organization (praetorians, not the ruling body) take over a tomb world and use its forces to expand their reach (a overload and court go against the law and he is deposed of and holdings confiscated)?

I guess I always assumed they just brought things back under control then appointed a new overlord instead of adding the tomb world's resources under their control.

In order for there to be a new Overlord, there would have to be a suitable personality in the Tomb's systems. Say, a member of the Court or perhaps a Cryptek, with the requisite skills and abilities. Otherwise? There's only mindless Warriors and such, which don't have the mental faculties to lead a Tomb.
