I got it a few months ago for free (!) after playing against Olofmeister (!!!). I decided to try it out, and realised how awesome it is.

As an avid player of CS: GO I'm really into more tactical shooters, but I was pretty skeptical to the character-based system. In CS you buy weapons and gear every round, but in Rainbow you get 11 operators on each side with their own weapons and perks who keep their weapons every round. I really like the concept though, you depend a lot more on your team because you'll probably die in one or two shots unless you get help from a teammate.

So, does anyone else play it?

Got it last Saturday for Xbox One.

I mainly play as Fuze, IQ (those sneakers!), Kapkan, and Doc.

Interesting. Fuze is awesome although I've killed far too many hostages with him and his LMG is sweet, IQ has nice sneakers and some of the best guns but an awful ability, Kapkan... well, great gun and C4 but a few obvious traps. Doc is my second choice after Rook.

I probably sound negative but I just don't like IQ and Kapkan, sorry!

I've only killed one hostage with Fuze so far, I tend to avoid him for hostage rescue I usually pick the AK12, but I might try out his LMG then.

I agree that IQ's ability is pretty trash, but that Aug A2 and that speed is really sweet.

I really do like Kapkan - two great weapons, and I've managed to get a bunch of kills with the traps already! More than I've expected, really.

True. I just dislike the AK12's recoil since I tend to spray alot and I love the LMG's ability to fire so much without reloading.

Kapkan... well, his traps were excellent during the glitch era, where the laser completely disappeared. Would be a great buff in my opinion.

What's your opinion on Twitch? IMO her F2 is THE best gun in the game aside from the SMG11. Her DMR is great too, plus a really fun gadget.

I haven't unlocked Twitch yet, so I'll be sure to check her out some day soon
