The Edge of Eternity Relic (from Shield of Baal) is a Relic Warscythe, akin to Voidreaper
It is listed as having 'Executioner (2+)'
The 'Executioner' rule grants it precision strikes.
Now because of the '(2+)' in the 'executioner' rule, it would mean that i would inflict precision strikes on a 2+
Does this also mean i hit on a 2+?

It means nothing as the parenthetical has been given no context like Feel No Pain has.

Are you a Wolf, a Sheep, or a Hound?

Basically, in the printed version the "(2+)" isn't there. In the e-book version it is. Nobody knows what it means because it's nonsensical.

I would read this as the requirement for precision strikes is 2+, meaning you get a precision strike with every successful hit.

I would still use your WS versus the opponents to determine what is needed to hit.

Ill take it as WS v WS for hitting, and it inflicts precision strikes on a 2+ (meaning that no matter what you roll to hit, it will be a precision strike, even if you are WS1 and the opponent is WS10)

The only thing Precision strikes lets you do is allocate the wound where you want rather than follow the normal wound allocation rules. Rolling a 2 would allow you to allocate a wound, but since a 2 did not hit, you do not get any wound to allocate.

Should there be some ability that lets you hit on a 2+ (Kharn) then you would be able to use the 2 for a precision strike. At this point however, I know of nothing in the Necron range that allows you to hit on a 2+

Regardless, you cannot hit on +2, and it does not say you hit on +2, you can allocate strikes on any roll that you hit is essentially what this would mean.

It is also not in my printed copy of it, and I bought the first wave.
