Your Ravenwing Strike Force detachment is solid. It doesn't need any changes, tho you should consider auspex, force axe, and dropping Ravenwing banner.

Tactical Squads really require transports and special weapons to reach their full potential. Make room for rhinos and drop pods and melta guns.

Instead of four lascannons for devastators, consider two grav cannons and a Rhino for them to shoot out of.

I don't think the demi company is any good unless you're going for the double version with the free rhinos.

Especially if you want to mix with the ravenwing strike force.

I would go for a CAD for your greenwing so you can take less tactical squads (maybe 2) focus more on better gear for them, drop the assault squads (they are not that good and really are a tax). And take a better HQ (like another libby on a bike instead of a chappy).

Over half the stuff in the demi is a tax that is only worth it if you take a full company to balance off the negatives.
