hey guys so I have a question... so everyone knows that if you move, you can't shoot with a weapon that has the 'heavy' special rule. if they are in a transport w/ opentopped though can they shoot if the transport moves? thanks.

You might want to reread the rules for Heavy weapons, because they can move and fire (but as a Snap Shot). Please see 'Heavy Weapons' (pg. 41, main rulebook).

How the movement of a vehicle affects the embarked squad's firing can be found under the second paragraph of 'Fire Points' (pg. 80, main rulebook).
