How about change some Tactical Squad weapons into melta weapons? to counter the super heavy vehicles/walkers who don't care immobilize damage result that may pop up in this point level. Meanwhile, the extra storm bolter on rhino is a waste imho.

Storm bolter was just to fill points honestly.
Meltacide would be a waste for ObSec units.
