Everyone not in a crisis suit in my Tau army is non-Tau, I have lizard men, beast men, eldar, humans, as well as the usual kroot and vespids. (I plan on putting some squats in the tanks when I get my hands on some dwarfs.) The fluff is that they are a rapid response force deployed form a captured Human merchant ship retrofitted with Tau tech (save the warp drive and stuff) to make it a military transport / modest warship. Most Tau are nervous about traveling in this alien tech, so the force is made up of a few young officers who are eager to prove themselves, some officers who are looking for a second chance, and a whole lot of allied races. Kind of like a Tau Foreign Legion.

So I converted a human female fireblade to buff one of my fire warrior squads. I made the cape ragged because I want the force to have a worn and battle torn look. I still don't know if I am going to try to convert the hands for 4 fingers, or just leave them 3 and hope people don't look too close at the hands.

Well, my only comment aside from WOW COOL, is super nit-picky and doesn't matter at all, but I'll just say that the inside sleeve beneath the shoulder pad is a bit messy. Yeah, the one bit that people will never see is the only minor issue.
