How can I pack even more Volkite into this list?

Contemptors can take Volkite.

Of course, given that we don't know what the TS rules would be, I would hope you're just tossing ideas around and don't plan on actually building these models just yet.

Thousand sons legion rules: no good toys. Your legion relies on dangerous wizardry, not practical weaponry. All infantry are armed with boltpistols, boltguns at best.

Just ideas. I won't be making TS models until they get some good rules (Or any for that matter )

Only picked Thousand Sons for the Stubborn rule since they don't have RoW's now.
