I guess I just don't know what's going on here. Not trying to be negative but it seems quite messy. The axe I can see some edge highlighting in blues. You should consider cleaning up the model before painting, (scraping mold lines, sanding down the clipping points, like the big one on his shoulder and backpack.) If your not already thin your paints a bit, multiple coats of thinned paint always looks waaay better than a big thick coat. I am unsure if you used a shade or wash on the model. The chest plate is very flat, I've painted this model before and he has a bunch of doodads and trinkets and little spikes and whatever other chaos stuff you can think of. He is very red, if you put a wash over the model and took 2 or 3 shades of red and worked from darkest to lightest you could add alot of depth to your models. Like I said before, I am definitely not trying to be a grumpy Gus and slam ya with a bunch of negative, I just want to help by pointing out room for improvement. I see your profile is brand spankin new so this could be your first model ever, I have no idea. Don't get discouraged and keep painting. Just as a basic learning route look up warhammer TV on YouTube. They have a gakload of tutorials and show you step by step on painting models to a good tabletop standard. If you have any questions you can ask me here or send me a PM. I'd be more than happy to help in any way I can.
