Why Aye Ya Canny Dakkanaughts!

I was messing around with a list to destroy a friend of mines Ork Horde army (He has been a real dick lately so I decided to get back at him via his oh so special Ork horde). Of course you would naturally think Large blast and flamer templates, but then I got thinking about psychic shriek. Orks have a leadership of 7 so they are already pretty susceptible to psychic shriek. However I was wondering if there are any otherways to apply negative modifiers to his leadership that a chaos player could use, I already know of the doomsday bell but the rest I know of are all -1Ld when taken Leadership tests.
Any ideas?

P.S. Please refrain from showering me in hate for wanting to taking my friend down a peg: he had it coming.

Well, seeing that CSM are okay with Necrons as allies...
Bring the Deathbringer Flight formation. It imposes a -1 LD if a squad is within 12" of two Scythes.
