I have been looking at the Gladius strike force. Since scout bike have the same stats as space marine bikes, just different equipment, is it worth the drop in points for less gear options? Getting the infiltrate and scout move, grenade launcher and combi grav. Or do I go for regular space marine bikes with grav guns. I would like to use the 10th company as my auxiliary, and a alpha strike with 6 grenade launchers and 3 combi grav seems like a good initial strike.

The rest of the force is distributed in 4 drop pods and 4 razorbacks. Still working out equipment and other option details. Just wanted to make sure I'm buying/building in a decent direction.

I personally would probably use Scout Bikers as they can direct Drop Pods in exactly where you need Melta Range/Rapid Fire Plasma etc etc.

Of course, Grav-Bikers have a place in any army, particularly if you've not gone for Grav-Cannon Devastators.

I second scout bikes. Between infiltration, outflank, locator beacons etc, there are a ton of nifty tricks you can play with these guys. The GLs and combi grav provides decent firepower, especially now that we're BS4. With the firepower you can fit in the rest of your gladius you should be good to go. Running 10th co as auxiliary is all the more reason to go with the scout variety.

I’ve had a lot of fun with both kinds of bikes. Scout bikes give you a toolbox of options, and are almost as rugged as normal bikes. The 4+ save isn’t the 3+, but you can still jink off the heavy stuff.

Take whatever you can fit on your formations.
