take of havoc launchers cause they are only good en masse, balestar of mannon is diviniation+ spell familiar, so the spell familiar is not required. chaos space marines are pretty bad, plus you make them expensive by adding ccw. take plague marines instead. autocannon and flamer is not a good idea. you will outrange yourself. if you want atuocannons take a sicaran, forgefiend, or havocs. take off sonic blasters cause they are not worth it IMO. id rather go for a doom siren. i say go combi melta for all the termies. or at least go for all the same combi weapon. the rest looks good. sorry for being upfront and unorganized with my response good luck

terminators are fine, but if you want ignore cover heldrakes are your best friend

Noise Marines are best at either sitting back and shooting distance with the Blastmaster or getting into CC after blasting a squad with a doom siren. Sonic blasters being salvo means you will want to be mostly stationary with them. Plus you will want to be shooting the Blastmaster with blast as much as possible.

Nah , being that the NM will be in a rhino they arent going to assaulting out it. I usually 5 man them with a blast master in a rhino and just sit way back and shoot.
