The list looks good. One thing I would say based off of my own experience and recommendations to me from others in the past,
I would suggest dropping the vypers to free up 100 (?) points as, with AV10 and only 2HP, they tend to be very fragile. I don't know
what you would replace them with but maybe add some warlocks to improve the durability of the guardians? With two warlocks
you would then have 30 points left over to put into other upgrades. Alternatively you could take a night spinner if you have one.
Do note however that I don't have a huge amount of experience and most people would be better listened to if their suggestions
contradict mine.

The Vyper is part of that guardian formation so I can't drop it. Though In my experience the double shuriken cannon vyper is pretty dang useful. I would love to put some warlocks in those guardian squads to up my warp charge count get shrouding but Got no points :(.

There is only 1 Vyper in his list and it is Mandatory for the Gaurdian Formation. Otherwise I would agree.
I would suggest splitting he 6-man bike unit up. If you were planning on putting the BikeSeer in that unit (as I do when I field a 6-man bike unit) it really isn't necessary when you have Infantry and Artillery to join him to. He can still cast onto the bikes if needed, but he'll be safer in a larger unit (or the T7 artillery). Splitting the bikes will give you more tactical options.
I'd also try to find the points for Skyrunner on the other Farseer. Maybe drop the Hawks Talon?

The foot seer I've been running in the artillery unit in my other armies. He feels pretty safe there and it just seemed like a good way to save 15 points. I only have 1 bike seer too so thats another reason . The 6 man bike unit I figure is just about spell efficiency. 6 TL SL is better than 3 is my thinking. The hawks talon as far as I am concerned is totally replaceable but I just wanted to try it out. It is shooting at bs6 - seems like a fair price to me. The Spiritseer I plan to run with the artillery unit too or maybe with the reapers if need be.

All fair points.
Just be sure to read the Guardian Host bonuses. A lot of players I have encountered think that the Artillery, Vypers & WWs need to be within 12" of a Gaurdian unit to get PE. However it is only if they shoot at an ENEMY unit that is within 12" of a Gaurdian unit.
So rather than bunch up in a gunline to get the PE bonus, you have to send the Guardians forward, closer to the enemy, to get the PE bonus.
Hopefully you know this and is why you gave a Wave Serpent to 1 of the units.

Indeed this is why.
Question. Do you think EML would do me better than a BL on the Guardian formation?

It would give you more versatility and EMLs are really only appealing if they are free. If you feel confident that your WWs can handle AV13+, than go for it. But if you regularly face lots of AV13+ or 2+ sv units, than stick with the BLs
