Ok, I've done a double-CAD Ork list here. It was tough to squeeze everything in, but I tried my best. I had to sacrifice a bit of redundancy in order to get all the Boyz in.
Warboss Boldog da Butcha - 120pts
Warboss; Warbike, power klaw, kombi-rokkit, bosspole
Dok Fimbul - 75pts
Painboy; Warbike
Radbug's Mutha Trukkas - 190pts
Nob wiv power klaw & bosspole, 11 slugga Boyz; 'Eavy armour
Trukk
Mauhur's Maraudas - 180pts
Nob wiv power klaw & bosspole, 10 slugga Boyz; 'Eavy armour
Trukk
Da Wagun Killas - 121pts
7 Tankbustas
Trukk
Narzug's Ridaz - 128pts
Nob wiv big choppa and bosspole, 5 Warbikers
Da Big Gunz - 54pts
3 Lobbas
Da Mad Dok - 160pts
Mad Dok Grotsnik
Dok Ashrak - 50pts
Painboy
Ugluk's Mob - 215pts
Nob wiv power klaw and bosspole, 24 shoota Boyz
Lurtz's Ladz - 215pts
Nob wiv power klaw and bosspole, 24 shoota Boyz
Goffmog's Meganobz - 180pts
3 Meganobz; 3 kombi-rokkits, bosspole
Trukk
Da Whurly Birdz - 60pts
Deffkopta wiv twin-linked rokkits
Deffkopta wiv twin-linked rokkits
Dakka Ladz - 98pts
7 Lootas
1846 points total
This whole list feels so flimsy and weak to me. One small unit of Bikers, no big shootas or rokkits on the Boyz, lots of points spent on 'eavy armour and shootas, no red paint jobs on my Trukks, no units redundancy for my MANz, Tankbustas or Lootas. It's a mess. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you going for ITC competitive list? But yeah looking at this I can say there will be a huge gap to fill in your maneuverability or lack of real power (shooting or melee). I focused on bikes because they solve a few of my problems I kept running into (my trukks blowing up first turn, maneuverability to close in with for melee and how to deal with first turn shooting armies like IG or Tau). My bikes have a painboy, warboss with lucky stikk, big mek with force field and I like to use Zhadsnark because he has Skilled Rider. As far as your guys in trukks go, they need some protection, they will blow up far more often then not and when it happens, your game is potentially ruined from that moment on. I hope this helps a bit and I hope this gets you to focus on your weaknesses after you play through this list a few times so you can get a feel for it.

I would love to love this list...but it does seem like a jack-of-all-trades ork list, meaning they do everything...badly.
Unfortunately we just don't have the power for this kind of list to be really competitive, but it is a good, fluffy list for casual games.
If your opponents are good at target priority, however, they will probably just shoot the one or two things they fear on turn one and then mop up.

Yeah, there's not really a place for Boyz anymore with the state of the game, eh? Maybe I should do a couple of minimum units and fill up the rest with Elites, Fast Attack and Heavy Support?
That, or bite the bullet and get Zhardsnark from Forgeworld to let me use biker troops. Bikes aren't cheap though...

First of all. KombiRokit Launcha is without a doubt the WORST gun in the game. It hits 1/3 games. Consider kombiskorchas if you must.
Second, my friend, you do us honor but GW has effectively gutted orks with mobrule. Boyz are O-U-T..... out. I have 180... painted based and it hurts. Really rurts. Automatically Appended Next Post: Bikers are more effective than what you have. KFF on a bike is good good. Pair with Painboy on bike. Add PKs to taste.
If you play ITC Buzzgobs Stompa is a bargain at 450 (550) to add S10 AP1 7" blast. Plus that beast has one of tge best guns in the game IMO. LiftaDroppa. Watch your opponent squirm as he tries to take some obscurement save as you cooly announce... "sorry you cant." Then toss his precious metal bawks 2d6" and giggle as it auto explodes. Plus 10 fire points. Load with lootas that will never have to snapshoot and can fire even if the stompa is locked... oh yeah baby...

@doktor_g
Yeah KFF on a bike was nice but after they took away the Great Waaagh Detachment there's no way you can get that now, I've lost the Big Bosspole and KFF for my bikes which really sucks. Also you can take saves against the Lifta Droppa; this is taken right out of the book under Shooting At Vehicles:
If the target is obscured and suffers a glancing hit, a penetrating hit, or is otherwise
hit by an enemy shooting attack that inflicts damage upon it (such as being hit by a
weapon with the Graviton special rule), it must take a cover save against it, exactly like a
non-vehicle model would do against a Wound (for example, a 5+ cover save for a Citadel
Wood, a 4+ cover save for a ruin and so on). If the save is passed, the hit is discarded, no
Hull Points are lost and no roll is made on the Vehicle Damage table. If a special rule or
a piece of wargear makes a vehicle obscured even if in the open, this is a 5+ cover save,
unless specified otherwise in the codex or Army List Entry.
