Hey

The wording is odd for their chapter tactics. It uses 'as per' when it refers to a Ravenguard rule.

Can I still use the raptor tactics as written?

I think it's up to you and your opponent, if you use the Raptor CT "Strike from the Shadows" as written, or the new version from C:SM "per the Raven Guard CT".

Yeah it would be handy if this was clarified by FW, maybe it will be addressed in the upcoming faq

It says as per the parent codex. Seeing as it was changed, I'm going to say no.
