Hi Dakka,

Recently I posted a list for a friendly little Oldhammer tourney (single CAD no formations, don't be mean) and with Eldar being my one true 40K love I decided to run a very different style of list than I'm used to.

Lots of Rangers, scouting Wraithguard and deepstriking Wraithblades, definitely not a cut throat Scatbike/wraithknight/ Spider spam but something a lot more friendly and almost never used...

So with the preamble over I was wandering what tactics you might implement with massed rangers?

For those of you who don't know:
They are standard elf stats with a 5+ but offset with Shrouded

They infiltrate and are armed with sniper rifles and Bladestorming pistols all for 60 points

Camp on objectives is all I've ever found them to be good at. They're snipers so they won't damage much.
